Go to: Equipment - Lists - Assigned list by items Assigned list by item will show Assigned list by items

To see Assigned Note: Click on the magnifying glass icon on the right side of the each line.
Pop-up window with assigned note will shown.

To filter results: Enter Item or Item Type into a text box and press APLY FILTER button.
