System configuration
During this process, administrator should configure system for specific event. Each system module has its specific configuration process.
System differ two types of system resources:
- entities which should be created/redefined for each event (i.e. credentials, races list, medical infrastructure, list of rented vehicles,..)
- entities which are same for each client but need to be configured for each event (list of attending doctors, hotels, languages, diagnoses,..)
Example: Each event has different merchandise and credentials which is suppose to assign to event staff and, in general, people that are part of event.
So, administrator (or manager in charge) is suppose to, during setup phase, to specify list of merchandise which will be used for this event position (i.e. shirt, jacket, hat, shoes...).
After that, managers can assign those merchandise for each individual or job position.
System is tracking who gets which merchandise and that data is used for next event planning.
