Create Staff Position Instead concrete person, manager can set Staff Position (like place holder). Position can be assigned by pay rate, merchandise, radio channels, statement of work (SOW), credentials,... Later, during event production, manager should invite concrete person for that position. If that person accepts position and it is confirmed by manager in charge - person becomes part of event staff Positionsand page.member of OU crew.

Invite, Accept & Confirm Staff Position Since event could be configured by adding only position, which is enough for financial, merchandise and other resource planning, this process is used to fill event structure (and set positions) with real people. People will be invited for specific position from list of already registered staff into system (Event Staff database).
