Distribution Types - Items

Go to Inventory-Inventory Items-Items distribution categories Image: Item categories

Click ADD NEW DISTRIBUTION TYPE button Image: Items distribution

Enter name and click SAVE button Image: Add New distribution type

Add Items to Distribution Type
Go to Inventory-Inventory Items-Items-Distribution Types

Drag and drop items to the desired storage Image: Add items

Go back to Inventory-Inventory Items-Items-Distribution Types and click Distribution type to see details Image: Add items

REQUEST PROCESS
Use this page for setting up Distribution type visibility on My Team request tab.

Open REQUEST PROCESS tab.

Enter process start and end dates.

Check the checkboxes to allow groups to make requests for selected Distribution Type

Click SAVE REQUEST DETAILS button Image: Request process

Open AVAILABLE ITEMS tab to overview or remove items for selected Distribution Type Image: Available items
